The first step is to create and publish the site. After publishing it, you have to show it off. Neosites allows you to add Meta Tags, add your site to search engines, integrate with social networks and e-mail your customers and friends to promote your site! All Neosites pages are automatically formatted to be viewed on mobile devices.
Once you have registered for free with Neosites you will receive an e-mail in the account you used to register.

Yes. With Neosites, you can change the design of your site as many times as you want.
All pages and content will adapt to any changes made, without loss of information.
You must re-upload the texts and images from your homepage since all designs have unique homepage layouts.
Click "Publish the site" on the main Toolbar, select the pages to be published (by default, every page will be selected) and confirm publication. Then the site will be updated online.

You can create as many pages as you want. Each site can have a certain amount of pages in accordance with the plan you purchase. However, you can create pages which will be inactive in the menu, but which can be shown by creating links to them.
Yes, with Neosites, you can edit anything. The Homepage of your chosen design can be fully customized. You can replace and edit all text and images displayed on your site.
You can customize your logo, either by creating a new one with our Logo Editor or uploading your own logo and adapting it to the selected design.
Yes. Send us an email to email@example.com with subject "CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS" and the new email address you wish to use. We'll let you know once the change has been made.
You can check the statistics of your site in order to get information regarding the amount of visits and the traffic of your site, all from the STATISTICS tool. You will access that tool once you have signed in to your account from the Welcome page.
Once you have entered the "Edit my site" page, just click "Add page" on the Toolbar and select a page to add.

Yes. With Neosites, you can create site with your own domain or any domain you wish to register through purchasing one of our Premium plans.
When you register with Neosites, you will have to choose a name for your site and the URL will be the following (e.g., yourname.neosites.com)
By purchasing one of our Premium plans, you can register your own domain or use one that you already have.
If you purchase one of our Premium Plans you will be able to use a custom domain name (e.g. mybiz.com) with the site. You can transfer a pre-existing domain. If you don't have a domain name, you can register it through Neosites. In either case, consult the "Domains" section of FAQs.
A free domain name comes as a gift with any Annual Premium Plan. You can choose any available .com, .org or .net domain.
Users with PREMIUM accounts have the possibility of using their own domains; therefore, if you already have a PREMIUM plan, you can go to MY DOMAINS and register a personal domain. The registration cost is $ 9 per year; therefore, your next domain payment will be due one year after the first payment.
Also, when purchasing an ANNUAL PREMIUM plan, we give you your domain for FREE for one year.
If you already have your own domain and you wish to create a site at Neosites with that domain, there is absolutely no problem! You must follow these steps:
1- Register for free at Neosites.com.
2- Purchase one of our PREMIUM plans, go to the domain manager and transfer the related domain.
3- After transferring the domain and purchasing the plan, you must link the domain with Neosites' servers.
Follow the instructions below to link the domain: (this will be explained again when taking this step.)

When purchasing a PREMIUM plan and using your site with another domain, e.g., yourdomain.com, the site will remain the same, along with the tools to build and edit it.
All the information that you previously added to your site will be preserved without any change.
You can have different e-mail accounts with your domain. (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com)
To have e-mail accounts with your own domain, you can purchase one of our Premium plans.
Once you purchase a plan and register your domain, you can create the number of accounts you want for your site and you will have Webmail to be able to receive your e-mails from any Internet connection.
To create e-mail accounts at Neosites, go to "E-mail accounts" which is located in the Welcome page of the site manager.
Once you have signed in, you will see fields to add a new account on the left and a list of the e-mail accounts which will be created on the right.
You must enter the name of the account, your name and the password. Once you click on "Accept", it will be shown in "My accounts".
To use this account, click on "Access Webmail" or go to "yourname.com/mail".

In order to create e-mail accounts, you need to purchase one of our PREMIUM plans.
Then, you must customize your site's domain. You can do so by registering a domain through Neosites or any other company, or even using a domain you already own.
Once this is done, you will be able to create e-mail accounts @yourdomain.com (or any domain) and receive e-mails from our Webmail or a pop3 program such as Microsoft Outlook.
To send and receive e-mails, we recommend that you use our Webmail.
To sign in, go to, e.g., yourdomain.com/mail or to "E-mail accounts" and click on "Access Webmail".
In this page, sign in to the e-mail account you wish to check and enter the password.
You will then enter the Webmail and be able to send and receive e-mails with ease.
To purchase a PREMIUM plan, go to www.neosites.com/plans
1. Select the plan you wish to purchase and whether you wish to pay monthly or annually (remember that if you pay annually, you get a free domain for a year)
2. Enter your e-mail (use the one registered with Neosites), your personal information and the payment method.
3. You will go to the payment page where you will be provided with the necessary information so that you can make the payment. Once your payment has been verified, you will be able to use all the benefits of the PREMIUM plan.
4. Select one of the options related to your site's domain:
-If you do not have a domain, you can purchase it through Neosites. The registration of the annual domain has to be paid separately if you did not purchase the Annual plan.
(The domain will be in your name and you will be able to use it for any other site.)
-If you already have a domain, you can transfer it to Neosites' servers and, after that, you can have a site created at Neosites with your own domain.
(You will be given instructions to transfer the domain.)
If you already have a free plan, you can purchase a PREMIUM plan without any problem. You will still have the same site you created and you will be able to modify it with the new tools and benefits provided by the new plan that you purchase.
Once you go to pay your PREMIUM PLAN installment, you can purchase a new PREMIUM plan for the period you need, whether ANNUAL or MONTHLY.
If you purchase a new plan, you will be replacing the previous plan, but your site will not change, you will not lose the images nor the information uploaded to your site.
There is no minimum period to purchase PREMIUM plans. If you do not wish to continue using the service, you can cancel it the month after making the payment of the first month purchased.
With the free plan you get 5 MB of disk space to upload information and content to your site, along with 100 MB of bandwidth. The free plan only allows you to upload a total of 5 MB of information and images to your site. If you need to add more information or images to your site, you can purchase one of our PREMIUM plans. If you decide to stop paying for the PREMIUM plan that you have purchased, your site will still continue online with all the properties of a free plan. The domain will be: "yourbiz.neosites.com" and you will not be able to use the e-mail accounts you have created.
If you have purchased a domain with Neosites and you wish to create another site somewhere else, you can transfer the DNS of your domain through another server, since you own the domain. You can also transfer your own domain to Neosites' servers to use your site with your own domain if you have purchased one of our PREMIUM plans.
Once you have purchased any of our PREMIUM plans, you can use your site with any kind of domain, provided that you own them. If you do not own a domain, you can purchase and register one through Neosites.
Purchasing one of our PREMIUM plans does not imply purchasing a domain. However, if you purchase an "ANNUAL" PREMIUM plan, we will register and host your domain FOR FREE for a year.
You can purchase any other kind of domain with another company and then transfer it to Neosites and use it with your site, just by following a few easy steps.

You can pay with credit card or bank transfer (through PayPal). Once payment has been approved, you will be able to enjoy all of the benefits offered by the plan that you purchase. Your site will be accessible via the domain you have purchased (e.g. mybiz.com).
If you purchase one of our MONTHLY PREMIUM plans, you will receive e-mails in your account regarding the status of your plan, expiration dates and the option to print your monthly payment coupon for your PREMIUM plan so that you can pay it in the way you selected. You can have more benefits for your site by purchasing higher and annual plans.
You will also be notified of the expiration date of your plan in your site's management panel.
You can automatically index the site to Google searches with one of our tools. Just go to "Promote the site" and follow the instructions under "Add my site to Google."
You must take into account that your site will appear on the first page of Google's search index only if the search criteria is similar to the name of your site. For example, if your URL is johndoelawfirm.com and "John Doe Law Firm" is searched, your site will appear in the first page of the search since there are no other sites that are searched with those keywords.
However, if you try to appear on the first page with keywords such as "Law firm, criminal lawyers, attorneys", you must keep in mind that there are many sites that try to appear with these search criteria and which may have priority on the list. Therefore, your site will appear on the browser, but most likely not on the first page.
In order to improve your positioning on search engines with keywords that have a wider array of results, you can purchase advertisements with Google Adwords at a low cost and be able to measure the results.
Creating a site at Neosites does not mean that it will appear in Google's index right away
It may take some time until your site is indexed to Google. Usually it takes about two weeks.
If you are interested in selling your products and services online, receiving online payments and using e-Commerce tools, you can purchase the PREMIUM GOLD plan. It is also necessary to create a PayPal account.
PayPall will allow you to bill directly from your site with credit cards.
Once you create your products catalog with Neosites, you will be given detailed steps to create an account with Paypal and be able to quickly start generating income with your site.
Neosites does not charge commissions on sales.
In order to activate the E-Commerce tool you will first have to create a Paypal account. Then, once you enter the product catalog editor, you will find an E-Commerce tab. There you will be able to activate that tool by entering your account number. Finally, you must save the changes, and then publish your site to see these changes.
