When I purchase a Premium plan, does the site I have created stay the same?

Yes, of course! When you purchase any of our plans your whole site created with Neosites, with the URL yourname.neosites.com, will not suffer any change at all, only your domain name can be changed.

Is the domain included in the plan price?

If you purchase any of our Annual plans, you will get a .com domain free for a year. If you purchase any of our monthly plans and wish to register a domain through Neosites, you will have to pay in addition to the plan you have already purchased.

If I already have a domain, can I rename my site with that domain?

Of course! If you have already purchased a domain from another registrar, after purchasing any of our plans, you can transfer that domain to Neosites and your site will have your domain.

How can I pay for the Premium plan?

If you do not want to continue paying for the Premium plan, you will be able to keep your site with the characteristics of a free plan.
